Booking/Cancellation Policy
  • A deposit is required for all Bookings.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.
  • We have a strict 48hr Cancellation Policy.
  • Re-scheduling your appointment within the 48hrs also counts as a cancellation.
  • Any cancellation/re-scheduling during the 48hr window will result in you forfeiting your deposit.
  • If you don’t turn up for an appointment you will be charged in full. You will not be able to make any further appointments until you settle your account.
We send out text, email reminders and you also receive a COVID screening call. There is no excuse for forgetting your appointment.
On making a booking with us you are agreeing to these terms.
